I am currently still in high school, and was wondering if i could take the classes to start the process of getting my real estate license. I want to sell real estate on the side. Kind of like a fall back position. Tell me what you think. Oh, and the state I want my license in is California.

I have a job as a teacher already. I’m trying to get my feet wet with real estate and hopefully create retirement type wealth. I don’t have any kind of family background in real estate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I live in Orlando.

My husband and I want to get into property management. I’ve studied real estate in the past and was curious to know if you have to have a real estate license in order to be a property manager?

What is involved to get a real estate license in New Jersey and the cost. Do you simply take an exam? What kind of exam is it? What can I expect for total time spend studying for and passing my realtor’s license in New Jersey? How can I find out if you don’t know?

I am considering obtaining a real estate license. I do not absolutely need it where I currently work in property management, although it would be helpful and I believe it would open up additional career opportunities in the future. Back to now, though, I don’t need to be full or part-time real estate sales agent, so I would be interested in finding a broker to park my license with and perhaps doing referrals, in order to keep my license active. Are there brokers serving as real estate license holding companies in the Cincinnati, Ohio area?
